Developed and delivered a commissioning programme for Bucks Children’s Integrated Commissioning Unit
Camden PCT
Led the development of the Commissioning Strategic Plan and Operating Plan.
Central London Community Healthcare
Supported the development of community based health services and led the project to secure the provision of Barnet community services by the Trust
Cheltenham and Tewkesbury PCT
Supported the modernisation of District Nursing and Health Visiting services and developed the clinical governance systems for the Trust
City and Hackney Teaching PCT
Oversaw the transformation of community services including reviewing the commissioning of services and undertook options appraisal work to separate commissioning and provision

Led the development of multi-agency work-streams to shift services from hospital to community settings
East Berkshire NHS Trust
Led the closure of three long stay hospitals for people with learning disabilities and developed a range of community based services to replace these

Led adult community services in the West of Hertfordshire and the development and implementation of a transformation programme for the Trust

Developed care-group joint commissioning strategies and retendered a range of services resulting in annual savings of £3/4 million

Supported the transformation of the community nursing service in Portsmouth including the introduction of clinic-based services

Managed the largest South London CSU/CCG contract and worked with partners to develop a “case for change” for an outcomes-based commissioning solution for older people in Croydon
